How to Work Online
The course material is available in the Module section. You can access modules from the control panel or from your home page main link. Once you click on the Modules you will be directed to a new page (Figure 1). On this page you can see and access all the Modules available to you during the session.

If the tutor has announced any test it will be shown under the related Module. On the right side of the window the Bookmark section, gives the information about your last visit to the module.
This section gives you all necessary information
about the activities scheduled in the session.

The platform allows you to communicate with your tutor or other users on five different levels:
1. Email
2. General Forum
3. Class forum
4.
General Chat
5. Class Chat
The French Online email is very simple. You do not need to remember email addresses. The compose section contains a pull down menu that shows the names of all the learners of your class, that of your tutor and other relevant names. You just need to select a name/ names, write your subject and your message and your email is ready to be sent. Remember you can only communicate with French Online users. The platform cannot be used for sending other emails.
Emails will be received in your inbox. Sent items are saved in the Sent Messages.

This
section allows interaction with the entire French Online community. Messages,
questions, queries can be viewed and answered by everyone.

This forum is meant for your own class only. Your tutor will launch an activity or a question that can be viewed and answered only by your particular group.
General chat allows online interaction with all members of the French Online community.
Like the Class Forum, the Class Chat is used as an additional learning tool and is accessible to the learners and tutor of your class only. The tutor uses it to organize class discussions on topics prepared previously.
